Pine and Douglas Fir Lumber and Timbers

These rough sawn Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir Timber products are harvested in and near New Mexico and are ideal for beams and support structures  in rustic and southwestern homes such as the Classic Pueblo style or a mountain Lodge or Log Cabin. Some local area Casinos, Hotels and Civic Centers have used these same knotty, Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir Timbers as decorative columns and beams in their construction.

Vigas and Latillas

Vigas (round beams commonly called poles or logs) and Latillas (Small straight sticks) are a main stay in southwestern construction and form the ceiling and roof supports system commonly found and traditional pueblo architecture. These same vigas are commonly used in log construction and as posts while the latillas have been used for fencing and as rails around balconies and patios.

Hand Carved Posts and Corbels

Curb-appeal is the most important feature in your home entrance. The Posts you select using our selection wizard can significantly increase the value of your home, especially our Hand Carved Posts. Our Red Fir wood Corbels and Hand Carved Red Fir wood Posts are an essential component to the entrance of any Southwest or Pueblo style adobe dream house. Many of these original designs were brought to New Mexico by the Spanish and have emerged as a truly unique element in Southwestern style architecture.
